In the context of providing accounting – tax services, with electronic processing and submission of declarations to the Independent Public Revenue Authority (indicatively: income tax declaration, property status, property rental, debt arrangements, etc.)

Under Article 6 of the Regulation, the legitimate basis for processing your data is either the performance of a contract or your explicit consent.

The recipients of your personal data in this case are the Public Services.
How long your data will be kept
Your records containing personal data are kept in our database for 10 years under the statute of limitations provisions of the Tax Law, or until the date you request us to hand them over, if earlier.

You have the right to access your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction and transfer of your data.
Any requests or objections should be made in writing to the DPO.
